Our Team: Rocco Frumento

Rocco is a seasoned manufacturing leader with over 22 years of extensive experience in production and operational management. His expertise includes implementing LEAN manufacturing principles, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with GMP and FDA standards.

Currently, Rocco serves as Assistant General Manager at Lancs Industries, a position he has held for the past 2.5 years. In this role, he assists in overseeing manufacturing operations, customer relations, and sales growth. A proven leader, Rocco excels at fostering continuous improvement, enhancing productivity, and aligning operational strategies with organizational objectives.
A few of his previous roles include Production Manager at IEC Electronics and GenMark Diagnostics, where he consistently delivered operational excellence and process improvements.

Prior to his corporate career, Rocco served over seven years in the U.S. Army, specializing in Information Systems and Security, maintaining a TS/SSBI clearance throughout his service.
