Our Team: Chris Garcia

A U.S. Army veteran with more than a decade of leadership experience, Chris brings extensive expertise in manufacturing, quality assurance, composites production, and operational management. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented Lean manufacturing principles, improved production workflows, strengthened safety programs, and developed high-performing teams.

In his current role, Chris coordinates shipping and logistics, oversees inventory floow, and works closely with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and delivered on schedule. He is committed to continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional quality standards across every stage of production.

Before taking over shipping and logistics operations, Chris served in production supervision and quality control within Lancs Industries and composites management roles, consistently delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, on-time delivery, and workplace safety. His military service as an Infantry Team Leader instilled discipline, accountability, and leadership that continue to guide his approach to operations management.
