Charles Melcher is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in nuclear engineering, business transformation, and operational leadership. With a distinguished career spanning both the U.S. Navy and the private sector, he has successfully led high-stakes turnarounds, strategic acquisitions, and large-scale operational improvements.

As a former nuclear submarine commander, Charles developed exceptional leadership skills in high-pressure environments. Transitioning to the private sector, he held senior executive roles at Veolia North America, Vicinity Energy, and Keystone Shipping, overseeing multi-million-dollar operations across energy, environmental services, and hazardous waste management. He has a proven track record of driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and executing strategic expansions on a global scale.

Charles holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, a master’s-equivalent in Nuclear Engineering, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He is a certified Department of Defense Program Manager and a recognized expert in nuclear plant operations and financial management.
