LI-360 Custom Design Containment Details
The LI-360 Custom Design containment tent is a fully configurable containment tent built to match your exact project requirements. Rather than choosing from a fixed layout, you select each feature individually, from door type and size to window, frame, and filtration options, so the finished enclosure fits your workspace, your access needs, and your containment standards. The design consists of a Man Door that is 3' wide x 6.5' high (custom sizing available) an equipment doorwhich is 6' wide x 6.5' high (custom sizing available). Filter pouches are optional as well as service sleeves, windows and frames.
LI-360 Custom Design Tent Construction
Tents are fabricated from fire-retardant Pacifitex material, Pacifitex 1400 for walls and ceiling, Pacifitex 1800 for the floor, a nylon scrim encased in PVC for high tensile strength. All wall, floor, and ceiling panels are heat-sealed using RF electronic technology for a unified, airtight structure. Doors use YKK Vislon #10 heavy-duty molded tooth zippers with double-stitched construction to resist rip-outs. When included, windows are made from 20 mil double-polished clear PVC and service sleeves from translucent yellow PVC, both heat-sealed with a minimum ¼" seam. Filter pouches use reticulated foam filter media in mesh screen pouches to support negative-pressure ventilation. If a frame is selected, it's built from 1-inch nominal Schedule 40 galvanized steel pipe with custom-machined fittings for quick assembly.
