At 36 inches, suspension becomes as important as floor placement. The equipment that calls for a containment this size often sits on saddles, supports, or elevated frames, so the ground directly under the joint may be blocked or far below the release point. The loops fastened to the LI-354's rim support ring accept tie-off loops or grommets. That lets crews hang the containment from adjacent piping, structural members, or scaffolding, so the opening sits right under the work. The sealed-in ring keeps the 36-inch mouth held open while suspended, so the capture area stays full-width as the containment takes weight. Where there is clear floor space, the flat base lets the LI-354 rest steady on its own.
