Prior to joining Lancs Industries, German held leadership roles at Mission Foods, Fresh & Easy, LSG Sky Chefs, and Unisea Inc., where he successfully directed production operations and led quality and safety initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and professional certifications in HACCP, Surimi Production, and OSHA 30-hour safety standards.
