With over 24 years of experience at Lancs Industries, Diego Rangel has built a deep and diverse understanding of containment and shielding solutions. Beginning in production, he quickly expanded his expertise through roles in purchasing, production supervision, and sales. This broad experience laid a strong foundation for his advancement into operations management, and ultimately, Diego was appointed General Manager in 2015. As General Manager, Diego brings a hands-on approach, strategic leadership, and a commitment to quality that reflects both personal dedication and the values of Lancs Industries.
